Our schedule features 22 different classes from intro to step for beginners, to boot camp and cycling with over 60 classes per week. Featured Classes
Intro to Step (30 min.) This class is for those new to step aerobics. Introducing participants to the basics while receiving a greatcardio workout.
Step 2 (45 minutes) This class is geared for the intermediate stepper. Class consists of a warm up, followed by a steppingsegment and cool down.
Step 3 (60 min.) A true FAT BURNER! This class will have you stepping longer and harder. Geared for those intermediateto advanced at step. Intensity is carefully monitored to optimize the participants fat burning potential andyield results. Class begins with a warm-up, followed by 40-50 minutes of high intensity stepping and endingwith a cool down and stretch.
Step & Pump (60 min.) An all in one workout. Targets strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Great for all levels offitness. Class consists of a warm-up, followed by intervals of stepping and resistance exercises, ending witha cool down and stretch.
Simply Step (30 minutes) 30 minutes of stepping, ending with a cool down.
Power Pump (30-60 min.) Designed for all ages, fitness levels for both men and women. This class delivers real results, real fast.This athletic based workout uses barbells with adjustable weight to work every major muscle group. Withmotivating music and incredible instructors, Power Pump strengthens, tones, and defines like nothing else.
Cycle 1 (30 minutes) Bike in a class atmosphere where an instructor will take your body and mind on a journey.
Cycle 2 (45 minutes) up hills and across lands never traveled. Great for all fitness levels. Cool down after 30 minutes.
Boot Camp Cycle (45 min.) This class will really step up your level of fitness! Bike in a class with interval drills off the bike.
Core (15 minutes) This class dedicates an entire 15 minutes at carving “washboard” abs and core strengthening.
Tread (30 minutes) This group treadmill class will take you through a great cardio workout! Use the treadmill in ways you maynever have imagined! (Space is limited, please sign up to reserve a treadmill.)
Low Impact Cardio (40 min.) Easy to follow, low-impact cardio class.
“Lite” Weights (20 min.) Use light resistance weights in a class atmosphere.
Simply Stretch (15 min.) Improve your flexibility and relax your mind.
Boot Camp 101 (60 min.) You don’t want to miss this fast paced, easy to follow full body workout!
Boot Camp Blast (45 min.) sculpt your body with these fun and effective drills and conditioning.
T’ai Chi (45 minutes) This beautiful and relaxing martial art is designed to teach balance, strength, flexibility, coordination as wellas improve circulation all while relaxing the mind and body. Exercises can be played by individuals of allfitness and health levels.
Core, Floor & More (30 min.) An effective and fun resistance workout using core and balance to tone ALL your muscle groups.Functionally fantastic strength training, great for all levels!
Lean Legs (15 min.) All exercises geared specifically for the lower half.
Pilates, Yoga, Core & More (45 min.) This class is a combination of yoga, pilates, t’ai chi and meditation. Improve your flexibility,tone up, clam your mind, body and spirit.
“300”(30 min.) Take your strength training to the next level. This class will use a “high” number of reps for all major musclegroups. Be prepared for the burn you love in a group environment.
Cardio Blast (45 min.) Come get your groove on with a blend of cardio including kickboxing, hip-hop, and a touch of Zumba. Try outthis fun calorie burning class.
