Fitness Director
Beth graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science degree- Exercise Science and also is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)- Personal Training, Sarah City Workout- EDU Personal Training/Sports Nutrition. Beth has years of experience as a corporate wellness coordinator before coming to Better Bodies.
Beth works at Better Bodies as our Fitness Director, a Personal Trainer and a Lean 4 Life consultant. Beth also conducts Nutrition Seminars with topics that include; Vitamins and Minerals, Metabolism and Weight Loss and Alcohol and Your Metabolism.
Erin Tomaso-Smith- At Better Bodies since 2006
Group Fitness Instructor- Personal Trainer
Erin graduated from the University of Nebraska/Omaha with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpersonal Communication and a Masters in Public Administration- Health Administration and Masters of Science- Exercise Science. She is also certified with the American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA) – Personal Training, Group Fitness.
Erin conducts our Group Fitness Classes, is a Personal Trainer and is also a Lean 4 Life Consultant. In 2009 she won her first body building competition.
Leanna Carr- At Better Bodies since 2000
Group Fitness Instructor- Personal Trainer
Leanna graduated from the University of Nebraska/Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and holds Primary Group Certification through AFAA and is a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Leanna leads several different Group Fitness Classes and is a Personal Trainer. Her classes are a non-stop exercise adventure. Leanna also competes in natural body building competitions.
Kevin Gray- At Better Bodies since 2011
Group Strength and Conditioning Instructor/ Personal Trainer
Kevin graduated from Labette Community College with an Associate in General Studies then transferred to DANA College earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Managment. Kevin is also an experienced personal trainer with NASM and ACE certifications and also leads adult and youth strength and conditioning classes. He was a state champion in powerlifting, National Junior College wrestling champion and is currently an active MMA fighter.
