Kettlebell Bootcamp

Learn how to use kettlebells correctly while torching calories in this high-intensity class!  John is an HKC-certified Kettlebell Instructor who combines classic kettlebell exercises with more traditional boot camp-style moves.  Kettlebells are an excellent addition to a workout program for building core, coordination, and strength along with a change of pace!  Kettlebell boot camp is great for all levels from beginner to advanced.
