What can I expect during a personal training session?
Each training session is developed for each individual client. Depending on your goals, your exercise history, injuries, or preferences, your personal trainer will take you through a variety of exercises including weight training, cardio, flexibility, and more!
How much does personal training cost?
It really depends. We have several different training packages available from three times per week for 48 weeks to once a week for 12 weeks. The more sessions you commit to, the lower your cost per session is.
