Group fitness classes can give you a support network where you'll gain confidence, get motivation (and motivate others), find support, and make new friends. Attending classes makes it easy to set a definite time to get to the gym, and if you find a class that you enjoy, it can become addictive - and fun!


Better Bodies classes are taught by well-trained fitness professionals who help members at all fitness levels feel comfortable and confident while participating. Class levels range from beginners to advanced students. 


We currently offer the widest variety of classes in Omaha including TRX, Cycle, Boot Camp, Interval Blast, Power Pump, Pilates, Yoga and so many more as part of our Group Class roster.  All classes are designed to give participants an effective workout with inspiring music delivered by motivating instructors.

At Better Bodies Powered by Compete Fitness, we use the VirtuaGym app to handle our class registration, communicate with members, and offer you specials and deals at the gym.
